Lower back pain is a problem for one in two over 35s. In almost all cases, the pain is treated either with special exercises or with medication. But a well-known exercise seems to have spectacular results on lower back pain.
Practicing the plank on a daily basis can strengthen the muscles in the lower back, so that the feeling of pain is less when we suffer from standing or the very opposite, i.e. from long hours of sitting.
With the board, the core muscles are exercised, the basic muscles in the area that connects the upper part of the trunk with the lower part.
A stronger core means fewer injuries and less discomfort.
