Exercise & Daily Life

Exercise as we all know is important in our daily life for many reasons. However, we must include it in our daily schedule. Examples: We do our chores without rushing: A smart way to exercise our body more is to "break" our chores into smaller parts, so that more movement is required. We do things we hadn't thought of: For example, we wash the car ourselves instead of taking it to the car wash. We walk more, exercise in the morning with friends. The positive benefits of exercise are:
Better physical condition and improvement of various health indicators such as cholesterol, blood pressure, bone density to prevent osteoporosis, mental health benefits, less stress, better sleep, because frequent and systematic exercise increases the production of neurotransmitters and favors the release of serotonin which positively boosts your mood. That's why, when you're not at your 'best', start exercising, lose weight-fat, with exercise we pay attention and give more basis to our proper diet. 3 types that help: walking, housework, 10-minute exercise, music and dance.
