There different kinds of exercises such as:


1) Sports: There are a kind of sports iike football/soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc that helps to work out.


2) In addition there is the a space like gym, which is indoor or outdoor training yourself.


3) Also, there are spa and massage that 1 person or group of people can relax after their training or work out.


These 3 examples show that people has different kind of exercise with the same result, This result will be to create a better body, health, to develop your health or anything else and also has goal or have goals every person that exercises, even play basketball or outdoor training (TRX) there are goals same result (the goals) with different process will be tha sport or the gym.


Generally is very nice to work out, in the positive are: create goal/ls, develop your mentality and body, you have deceplant, etc.
