Alternative way of exercising

The alternative way of exercising, is haveing a pet generally, such as dog maybe also a cat to go out from the house and to exercise yourself and your pet also.

Let's begin with the aerobic exercise over 30', you start to exercise (jogging, running, walking, etc), you feel more energetic, positive, believing yourself and having fun with your pet more times are dogs. In addition, the pet has the same feelings because of the exercise. People that do not have plenty of time with this way can work out over 30' per day maybe 1 hour and to do also others things like to talk with a friend and to go for a walk together and taking with the pet also. It doesn't take much time and you can do other things like throwing away the trash, recycling, relaxing after a hard day at work, we forget the things that weigh us down like professional, personal, etc.


In the end, this is my suggestion for an alternative exercise morning, evening, winter, summer, hot or cold.
