10 Τypes Οf Εxercise

The types of exercise that are below have the advantage for weight loss and with other factors such as mood, diet help a person to maintain normal levels.
In order to achieve this, we should keep the balance of the calories we consume at an equal level or less in relation to the calories we burn. For example, if we burn 200 calories, we should consume 300 or 200. Also, in all of the following, the key role is that the exercise should be >30', because then our body starts burning calories and the longer the time, e.g. >45', etc., the more we burn calories.
It requires that we have a disposition and that the exercise matches the trainee. For his/her pleasure and more to achieve goals, etc.

1. Sex
2. Swimming
3. Walking
4. Jogging
5. Running
6. Cycling
7. Yoga
8. Pilates
9. Weight Training
10. Interval Training (HIIT)

This 10 reason based on research has shown that we lose weight resulting in our body becoming strong, powerful. I know the first way of exercising is funny but it is based on research, the most effective if done 3 times/week (many of you will ask).

In summary, a type of exercise, combined with diet, has results, not miracles, in my opinion.
